for the following job positions:
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
Working with account planners to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
Checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress
Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
Managing the account’s budget and invoicing the client
Making ‘pitches’ to win new business
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
College graduate of any degree, preferably Marketing/Advertising
With sufficient working experience ( at least 1 year of sales experience)
Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
Presentation and organization skills required
CREATIVES EXECUTIVE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing a genuine understanding of the client’s brand, products, needs, and objectives
Creating graphic designs and computer-generated three-dimensional visuals, sometimes building models and prototypes
Generating fresh ideas and conceptualizing content, campaigns, or activities based on client briefs
Researching and creating content for new client pitches
Working closely with the Accounts team for project planning and executions
Assisting in other marketing efforts such as events, PR, market and competitor research, supporting the Account Executive to manage local clients when needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate of Multimedia/Fine Arts or any related course
With sufficient working experience (at least 1 year of designing experience)
Strong design, drawing, and artistic skills, including the ability to do perspective sketches
Full knowledge of computer-based 3D (SketchUp Pro, etc.) and 2D Design (Photoshop, Illustrator) programs and autoCAD that can create technical drawings
Other multimedia creation skills preferred (video editing, animation, etc.)
Presentation and organization skills required
DATA ENCODER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader/Account Executive for resolution.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verifies entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assisting in other marketing efforts such as events, PR, market and competitor research, supporting the Account Executive to manage local clients when needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Possesses a high school diploma. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree highly preferred
Knowledge and experience working within the specific industry preferred
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Suite and other data entry programs (Excel, Access)
Proficient and dexterous typist
Can encode data with speed and accuracy
Basic math skills
Ability to quickly process and organize information
High attention to detail
Adept at file management (both digitally and manually)
Able to effectively time-manage and prioritize tasks
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Finishes work in an efficient and timely manner
